Laptop fans not working

My laptop, which is running Window 10 x64 has been experiencing heat issues from a few days. So I ran Speedfan in order to see if everything was okay with the fans. But when I ran the software, I found that the software is not displaying the details of the fans. I am posting the screenshot.

You should be on the Windows 7 forum. Just call me Cap't Obvious but it doesn't appear from the video, the app you're using is supported on Windows 10. Not even on Windows 8 or 8.1.
