Can I get some help with the Windows phone 10 warranty?

I saw a video here on windows central about how steady is the new build of windows 10 mobile.

the one thing is holding me back is the warranty.
will I lose it if I install the new OS on my Lumia 925?

and last, is it possible to destroy completely my phone and with no way back?

No u will not loose your warranty if any problem is their then u will have to pay 300 rupees (India) in customer care then they will roll back your phone and warranty continues
