Why won't Windows 10 installer start?

why windows 10 installer wont start?

hello i have an hp 8440p and i want to install windows 10 on it.
When it boots the installer it shows the windows boot logo and after some seconds it restarts.
i use windows 10 pro insider preview build 10130

How are you trying to install this??

With the Windows 10 TP iso?

Where did you get this ISO from?? How are you loading it? USB? DVD?

i get the iso from microsoft site and i try to install it from usb

I would try downloading the ISO again.

How did you create the boot disk? From cmd? or a third party tool like rufus?

I normally use CMD.

ttsolider i use unetbootin. can u help me to write from cmd please?

ttsolider i installed it to my brothers computer with the same flash drive and it workes.
but when i try on my laptop it reboots .

That;s strange.

If it were me, I would reset my BIOS to default setting. Could be a setting in the BIOS with the hdd. RAID/Sata settings etc.

I won't if you don't know what you're doing.
