nokia lumia 720 is getting struck in windows logo and rebooting after updating W10
my nokia lumia 720 is getting struck in windows logo and rebooting again and again i got the windows logo with tell "not for resale" then i get blank screen with nokia logo again windows logo it repeats and i am unable to do hard reset by pressing volume down and power and i had got the lighting tool with a small cog wheel and them only once i was able to use w10 luckly and cell got hanged and same old procedure is happening and i am unable to go to home screen of my phone.
plz help me if any one has faced this issue.
