hey guys I have encountered a problem , the download progress of latest build 10162 is stuck at 46% and does not seem to move at all. Can you please tell me how to restart the download or any other solution. thanks

okay if I install new build via iso will I loose any data (may be a vague question, but please............)

I've always done a clean install, so I can't say from personal experience. You can do a typical install -- I believe that will keep all your programs and settings. I do custom installs which start fresh.
