How can stop my Lumia from getting insider builds but not my PC?

I have signed with the same insider account on both my Lumia and PC. I want only my PC to get the insider builds not my phone.

Go back to 8.1. Or don't download it

Roll back to WP 8.1 and uninstall / do not re-install the Insider App.
