how ro i get to the latest build of windows 10? im stuck on 10130

I checked windows update center but nothing shows up, says I'm up to date. how wdo I go about getting the latest update

download the iso image from the insiders website

Do what Roland says. Its still the same as doing it from windows Update. You are upgrading the build.
