Windows Phone 10 Build 10149 for Lumia 630

I successfully updated my Phone to the above mentioned build of windows 10. It took about an hour and forty five minutes to complete. I noticed that many apps which i installed were missing. Even apps like Music, Edge weremissing. The Store showed them as already installed but they were nowhere in sight. However, if I clicked on any link in a message, Edge opened, similarly if i opened 'Manage Music' From storage sense, the app opened . The only thing was that neither were those apps available in the start screen nor in the app list, yet they were there in the phone. I then did a hard reset. All the apps were now visible on both start screen and app list. The Store is currently in Beta but works fine however. The XBOX app doesn't open at all and is stuck at 'Resuming'. Also, The Video app does not show up in the app list. All other apps work fine.The performance of this build is good although a bit slow. It also drains battery a little. I hope that the next build will be better than this one, as this build was said the be closest as possible to the release version of WP10.

NOTE: From MS blogger Gabe Aul: The post-upgrade migration status screen is still missing after upgrading to this build which normally shows you the progress of the post-upgrade migration. After upgrading, the Lock screen will appear frozen without the date and time for up to 10 minutes. Please be patient and let it sit ? eventually the date and time will appear and it will allow you to unlock your phone. If you get impatient and restart or mess with locking/unlocking your phone, you?ll wind up in a funky state ? so just relax and let it do its thing.

Look. I was going to tell you that it needs a hard reset but I found out that you did, so good job!
Video app is there, just renamed to Movies & TV.
Don't know about the XBOX app.
However, I don't agree with you, this build doesn't perform well, and is ****ty as the previous builds. It lags, overheats the device and drains battery like hell.
I'm not here to hate, I'm totally excited for the 10162 build the WC team made an article about it. But this 10149 sucks. And I don't think we're close to the final build yet.

And you can download OneNote from store beta and word preview,excel preview ,powerpoint preview for doc

HXD...yup I agree with you now, I guess i posted it a bit too soon. Anyways unlike some of the previous builds, at least this one is a bit useable(Although i'll be reverting back to 8.1). While I have used some of the previous builds in my friend's phone, this is the first time i am installing wp10 in my phone. I have to say that I am not too happy with the new design of the settings menu. The old menu was simple and straightforward, whereas the new menu not so much. Btw does anyone know what that small circle above 'ENG' in the keyboard is for?
