Why can't I reserve Windows 10?

I Cannot reserve windows 10

I have the icon in the bottom right of my screen. I can click it and it'll open but without the reserve button!? I believe this could have been done because i clicked it before but didn't fill out the information and there for that's why i lost it but apart from that i'm not sure why.

You can check your reservation status:
Open the app, click on the hamburger menu on the top left corner.
Click on "view confirmation". When the reservation is correct you'll get a message like: your upgrade is reserved.

Another way of checking: run windows update. It should also say: Windows 10 upgrades reserved
