How can I fix error code 0x80240024 (Onedrive)?

Error code 0x80240024 (Onedrive)

Would really like to see OneDrive in action on Windows 10 (10162) but when I try to download the app I get "Something went wrong. The error code is 0x80240024, I have tried stopping it, restarting the laptop and then doing it fresh but it's just not working.

I think this means no update available (is it already on your system when you open up file explorer?). Mines is stuck in a loop of crashing, no idea how to fix it as I cant reset it because there is no user panel on win 10 and cant uninstall it because we don't get that option, so I'm stuck with broken one drive (which is some how remaining even when I update to the latest builds...).
