Quick idea for Windows 10 release

What if, on July 29th, instead of the usual "Windows 10 is now out!" We should make the title "Windows 10 (insert build here) released to fast and slow ring, (optional ISO comment)" especially since Insiders get first priority from what I've heard.

Consumers, simple people (not Insiders) want to know that Windows 10 is out. They don't care about Build number, rings and ISO files. That would cause confusion. They simply want to know that they can get Windows 10.
