Wifi Hotspot Trouble

Mobile hotspot is performing very strangely for me indeed...
My Surface Pro 3 is unable to connect to my 930. It can see the hotspot but refuses to connect at all (not even "limited"). Interestingly, I can manage to use the hotspot on the 930 to get my iPad online, and my SP3 can connect to the hotspot on my girlfriends iPhone 6.
Both devices are running are running the latest insider build, however problems started before the previews were installed so it couldn't be the problem.

Anyone experienced anything similar? Very odd indeed.

Works for me - but sometimes I have to click connect a couple of times for it to work.

However I get Limited Connectivity (for hotspot and all other WiFi connects). I have to reboot for net to work. For all wifi connections. Massively frustrating. On Surface Pro 3
