microsoft release windows 10 with direct x 11.2 ?

in new builds of windows 10 dx is 11.2

if build 10240 is rtm We should not wait for the direct x 12 in final release ?

My understanding is it's dependent on new drivers for your video adapter which probably aren't ready yet.

My computer says DirectX 12 when I use DXDiag. ​

i have amd 6870 ( not supported dx 12 ) -------> dxdiag=11.2
switch to onboard graphic card (intel 4600 ) with basic driver ----------->dxdiag=11.2
onboard graphic card (intel 4600 ) with new driver for windows 10 ------->dxdiag=12
