Did Windows 10 Preview on Lumia 925 and now just spinning gears... HELP!

I downloaded the fast ring windows insider this morning. Once it started installing I walked away for a few hours now all my phone is doing is "booting" up (showing NOKIA) then going directly to the spinning gears and then after a few seconds with no progress shown on the bar it reboots again and goes back to the NOKIA screen and keeps doing it over and over again.

What can I do to get my phone back into a stable state?

Try connecting your phone to the PC and restore using Lumia Software Recovery Tool or Windows Phone Recovery Tool.
