cortana, mail, calender, xbox, people, photos etc apps are unresponsive in Win 10 rtm

Hi, I have windows 10 rtm fully updated to the latest updates but none of the built in apps like Cortana, photos, people, mail, calendar etc works. When I click them on start nothing happens. Cortana/search only works on a non administrator user account.
What can I do?? Thanks in advance..
