No windows 10 updating in West Bengal, India

I have reserved windows 10 but still not getting the update . Is there any problem with my PC or MS is updating in phases and all of the pcs may not get updated today itself ? Am having no $windows folder :shocked:

Same here... It's being downloaded in phases... You will get it later maybe.

Tried force downloading too still not working . Other parts of India getting it may be
