Right now windows 10 is only releasing officially to Desktop, Laptop and Tablets...

Windows 10 Mobile for phones will not be out until this fall.

It isn't publicly available yet and won't be for some time.

There's a prerelease/testing program that you can install, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you're OK with the risk of erasing your phone at any time and bugs in exchange for earlier access to 10 Mobile

Currently, W10 update for Windows Phone has not been released. Although you can register for Insiders and get preview version of W10 for phone.
