How to do? I did a clean install of Win10 Technical Preview so I didn't restore it on my first account.
Now that I have RTM, I tried making a new account to see if it gives me the option to restore from previous cloud backups like it would in a clean 8.1 installation. But it didn't even ask and just made a new account on my PC with my Microsoft Account.
Default start menu and all
Is there a way to restore your 8.1 start screen post-installation?
