Hi there, if you're a Windows Insider, it should be available to you now or soon.

If you're not a Windows Insider, you can get it by joining the Insider program at https://insider.windows.com/ (but bear in mind that you'll also get preview (not final) components).

Check Windows Update. Do you have any failed updates listed there?
