Win 10 full release here but still stuck on build 10074

As the title states I'm stuck on build 10074, way behind I know, and currently downloading iso for win 8.1 to restore, but download has been stuck at 0% all night I need help please

No tried stuck on 0% for 3 hours thanks anyways

Saying that it's started downloading to my phone using edge but when using my tablet it does nothing

I was stuck on 10074 too, and the only way I was able to get out of it was to revert to Win 8.1 using an iso, then go from there. For some PCs 10074 borked the recovery process, so it wasn't possible to recover from a valid recovery drive.

I would recommend installing from the win 10 iso, burn to a DVD or bootable thumb drive.

Currently trying to down load the iso from the windows media creation tool with no luck unless anyone knows where a get a copy elsewhere

You should connect your account that you subscribed with it to windows insiders and check for update through windows update i think it will download in background so you might not notice it

Using that account its the only one on there and I've not had any other updates and nothing downloading checked and checked again
