Store not working

HI all, my store is playing up on the latest release. I have four pending updates, none of which will download, one of them is store itself, another is word mobile which is now not working and wont uninstall either. Any time I try to pause or cancel any of the downloads the app simply freezes and I have to close it and the same cycle repeats. Any ideas?

Mine did the same, after several reboots it fixed itself

Unfortunately none of these fixes have worked for me. Any other suggestions? Really don't want to refresh install this machine.

Fixed mine, a HARD reset fixed it, no number of reboots would help.

Reset fixed it (althrough it didn't earlier....). Got word working again, through now its asking for a 365 subscription on laptop, was nice whilst it was free....
