Insider builds "Needs Attention" notifications

This may be because the Insider's program is suspended for the release but is anyone else getting "Insider builds need attention" with Fix button on the settings page that doesn't do anything other than try to remove you?

I was getting that and when I clicked on the Fix button it wanted me to stop receiving builds. I ended up stopping them and then just re-enabled them and it's been working fine.

I did that once but then it came back and won't disable either. It's just stuck like that. My PC and Surface 3 are both doing it.

OK, I thought I had. I tried it from the fix before. I had to stop insider, reboot, start insider and reboot again. Odd it requires a reboot to change that setting.
