Windows 10 Mobile Preview - Start screen never loads

I just setup windows 10 mobile preview on my Nokia Icon last night. Last night the Start screen wasn't loading after about 5 minutes, and figured it was just updating, so I went to bed and left phone on. (screen says "Loading . . .", disappears, then "Loading . . .", etc)

This morning I load up phone, and it is doing the same thing. I cannot get the start screen to load.

However, it appears everything else is fairly functional: I'm able to open Cortana, I can launch internet browser, I can surf the web, I can send a text from Cortana, etc. But as soon as I go to start screen, it never loads.

Initially, the screen would loop on "Loading . . .". If I held down the back button, the tasks would show a blank Start task. But after I get cortana or another app to open, when I try to go 'home', it shows "Loading . . ." once, then immediately goes back to the app -- and if I check the tasks, it never shows 'Start'.

I've tried searching for advice but the results are flooded with windows 10 desktop questions, not mobile.

Any thoughts?

Same for me, Nokia Lumia 830.
And I can say that Windows 10 is very slow. It freezes during switching's between apps and menus. I think, I will rollback to WP8.1, unfortunately I will lose all my data. But this is very annoying to work like with Android. I liked WP8.1 because is not freezing. Will wait for official update for my phone

Same problem in my friends mobile.
after a hard reset now work well.

Same: 1520
With upgrade this happened a LOT, and made phone completely unusable
On fresh install, then restore backup, it's way way better but still happens. Particularly after using Microsoft camera.
I find opening task manager and killing the start process sometimes helps, killing all background processes, or as a last resort I have to reboot but even that happens with a 2 min stall.

PS: On my upgrade phone where this happened a lot, I even cleaned out every single live tile and it still happened. So it's not a live tile that's badly coded.
