Why don't I have a Paint and smart lock screen?

Hi. I had Windows 8.1 Pro and upgraded to Windows 10 via Windows Update. I can't set as lock screen this service that personalize it. I can do it on my laptop! I don't have Paint either.

I don't find Paint on my apps list either, but if I search (in the Cortana/ask me anything box) for Paint it comes up. Open it then right click it on Taskbar and Pin it. I think Microsoft wants to push Fresh Paint forward.

I'm coming to 10 cold having not tried any Previews. I'm vowing to get out of my old habits and try new things.

Old > New
OfficePic Mngr > Photos
Media Player > Music
Media Player > Movies &TV
Pain > Fresh Paint


For the Lock Screen... I would need more details. What service? Is it a 3rd party one or just in settings?

I meant Windows Spotlight lockscreen

Spotlight lockscreen is in Windows 10 Home but not Pro it would seem. Upvote feedback in the Windows Feedback app to bring it back in future builds
