Why can't I get Windows 10 and WIFI to connect?

Windows Central Question

Windows 10 and WIFI not being able to connect.

How can this issue be fixed. I upgraded to Windows 10 just a while ago, but not able to connect to internet using my WIFI.. I can connect just as long as I use my ethernet cord
