Cannot Install Reserve Windows 10 App on Surface Pro 3
I have fully updated my windows (8.1 pro) on my Surface Pro 3 but I still do not get the reserve Windows 10 app icon to appear. I ran the troubleshooter and it says my version of windows does not support the Windows 10 upgrade but I know this is not the case. I also manually checked to make sure I have the relevant updates (the one that loads the reserve windows 10 app) and confirmed that they have been installed.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do from here? (Apologies in advance if I missed an on-point topic when I casually searched the forums for help and guidance!)
