"Always show all icons and notifications on the taskbar" checkbox is gone?

I can't find the checkbox "Always show all icons and notifications on the taskbar" for notification area anymore. Anyone having same issues? I have too many icons in system tray but can't find a way to hide them.

Search > taskbar items

Right click on the taskbar > properties > Notification Area: Customize > "Select which icons appear on the taskbar"

When ever i click that, it tries to load the notification icons window and then immediately closes it!
