Old taskbar icons after clean install

So I did a clean install from the ISO yesterday, and one of the issues I'm having is my taskbar icons (store, mail, calendar, etc..) that used to be white in more recent builds have all reverted back to the tile look with the blue square around them. Apps are all updated from store. Anyone else see this?

Funny thing is I'm having more issues after a clean install than I did after all those continual upgrades.
