Internet not working after windows 10 update

Just updated from Windows 7 to Windows 10, minutes ago. I cannot connect to the internet. It says there isn't a connection. I have Firefox and Internet Explorer. I tried Firefox. I also noticed when I tried to connect to my Adobe Creative Cloud, it said I didn't have an internet connection. I have xfinity internet from Comcast Cable. This doesn't make sense since you had to use the internet connection to do the update. What is wrong here? This is unacceptable. I'm writing this with my IPad.
