windows 10 clean reinstall won't read my keyboard STUCK

ok first I upgraded to 10 from 7 all went great but it was freezing and running slow went to settings and the area that lets you erase all files and do a clean install of 10. I did it no problems until I got to the screen where it says .......... Hi There let's get a few basic things out of the way asks for country,app language,what keyboard language and where located for the clock setting but it does not read my mouse or keyboard .....both wireless, not the USB mouse that is wired to my pc........ am totally stuck. If I go into bios the wireless keyboard works. Any ideas?

Plug in a wired keyboard?

We've plenty of machines here but they're all wired devices. Another alternative might be to un-plug the wireless dongle then plug back in once you reach the initial screen.
