Windows 10 bug in Edge and other browser

So, here are my problems so far with Windows 10:
1. InPrivate mode for Microsoft Edge is not working for me, meaning it doesn't open a separate IN PRIVATE windows for me
2. This has been confirmed by many Chrome (the browser) users that the InCognito mode is gone on Chrome after updating to Windows 10
Is anyone experiencing similar problems?

I am having the same problem with Edge, but my Chrome is still working

Chrome incognito is still working on mine. I tried to use Edge for about a week but there are too many bugs in Edge for me to use. Didn't try private browsing in it.

Another bug that I have found is with the popup window in Flickr. If you want to copy the URL data so that you can post in a forum, the window kind of goes blank. If you go to a photo, click the little share arrow in the bottom right corner and then select BBCode, the window is blank.
