I was totally confused what to do after downloading Windows 10 from control panel settings, can I get some help?

i was totally confused what to do after downloading windows10 from control panel settings

i have downloaded my windows10 by checking in the control panel(windows update) after the completion of download process it just showed "updates were installed" but finally there was no windows10 in my pc
after some time again i checked in control panel>windows update it is again showing "download the new version of windows10 now"
what to do now?? can any one help me?

Have you tried and of the following?

- clicking on that "download the new version of windows 10 now";
- using Command Prompt to force the update: type "wuauclt.exe /updatenow" and press Enter;

What version are you currently using, by the way?
