Internet problems windows 10

After installing windows 10, chrome only works on particular websites and is particularly slow. Edge can't connect to any website, and I've had a system update stuck at 12% for 2 days. The WiFi works fine for everyone else in my family but me. Is there something obvious that I'm missing?

Same with a friend of mine, chrome doesnt work, same for edge but the google app works but slowly
