Upgraded to windows 10 Home. Can I now use the ISO tool to clean istall and get Pro?

So I went to MS' site and downloaded the upgrade tool and chose "upgrade my pc now". Since my current version was 8.1 home, it upgraded to 10 home. Can I know use the tool to create an ISO for w10 pro and install that over the Home version I upgraded to?

No you cannot unless you pay for it, what you are running at the time of the upgrade (Home/Pro/Enterprise) is what you'll get.
