HELP!!! Windows 10 messed my laptop up after reset

I updated to windows 10 and thought id reset it after and it crashed and now cant do nothing, wont go onto safe mode and won't read my USB, somebody help me please.....shows error 0xc000000f File: CLFS.SYS
