Please help windows 10 factory reset is stuck for 9 hours now.

I recently updated to win 10 from win 7.
After that i wanted to start fresh so i did a factory reset.
I started the reset 9 hours ago and it stuck on 35 % of resetting.i dont know what to do because a video i saw on youtube said it will take 15-30 minutes to reset.

20 hours now and still stuck at 35%

Ok i turned off the computer and now it sais i have no operating system.

You need to use the media creation tool (search at MS site), and make a USB flash drive or even burn a DVD. Boot to the device you made and follow the prompts. I ran into this same problem when I hard reset. The good think is once you do a clean install, windows will remember that you upgraded and will automatically activate for you. Oh, just skip all the prompts asking for windows keys. Good luck.
