Windows 10 install Issues

I installed Windows 10 on two computers with no issues. I was installing on third and after downloading, I was prompted to enter name; hit next then received a message that Windows encountered an error and needed to restart. Then it just kept looping in restart. I would see the blue icon, whites dots, then screen goes black, I see the Acer Symbol and over and over. Computer never boots. I need some help, this is my wife's laptop....
