No Background Playback in Windows 10?

Hi Folks,
I don't get it why but background playback stops working as soon as I minimize any music app in Windows 10. I am not sure if I messed/missed any settings. Could you please suggest how to resolve this issue?

I just started up Groove and it works fine on my system. I don't have any third party music apps installed at present so I can't check any of those.
