Win10 SP3 Bitlocker error

Hi all,

I upgraded a while ago to Win10 TP and decrypted the MicroSD card in my SP3, just in case.

Now that Win 10 is final, I wanted to encrypt the MicroSD card again. But instead of a smooth operation when clicking start encryption, I am getting a "the device is not ready" error message. The progress ha below doesn't show any progress.

Is anybody experiencing the same and is there a solution?
