Syncing Start Menu Apps

I have a laptop and PC. I setup and grouped my apps on the laptop how I want them. How do I get it to sync across to my PC and the same Microsoft account?

I could be wrong, but I think they got rid of that feature. The reason being that it becomes kinda a problem when you have different screen size devices. Trying to sync and have the exact same Start Screen becomes quite a mess on the smaller screen device.

Yeah, I know. Daniel spoke about this in one of his videos. Everything else like your favorite websites, WiFi networks passwords, and other windows settings still work though.
