Can I get some help with a Windows 10 restart problem?

windows 10 restart problem

whenever I use the restart option for my laptop, upon restarting my laptop gets stuck at the windows logo and does not boot up from there......
never had this problem with win8.1.....
is this a bug? is there some kind of fix to this?

Interesting, so a normal boot would work but not a restart. Feedback app is your friend. Report it along with any info that you might find useful. I don't have any info about this one.
