Lost all Windows Apps including Store

I noticed a folder named" Windows.migrated" and i deleted in error thinking it wasn't neccessary anymore. This was after i upgraded from windows 8 to 8.1 to 10. Unfortuantely it caused ALL my store apps including the default ones to be deleted. I'm a bit lost of what to do now. I don't have a restore point to access. I've tried looking on the web of what to do but no help so far. Can anyone give me some pointers?

How did you resolve this issue? I have the exact same problem, but I didn't delete any files. If you could reply, that'd be great.

I realized i had renamed my "user" folder because it was my email address before and i wanted to change it to my first name. As soon as i changed it back, all my tiles returned. I guess the user folder is tied into everything.
