Apps wont update on Windows 10

I recently upgraded to windows 10 from 8.1 using the USB tool and selecting "Upgrade this PC"
everything was smooth and there were no problems upgrading to W10.

The problem I am facing is with the store. Apps in the windows 10 store do not update and are always stuck in downloading

I tried a few things like wsreset, but it does not seem to work. Below is the screen**** of my store

Cancel all downloads, reboot, then update the apps one at a time Usually one or two apps will give you some troubles. I have a few apps that won't update yet as well
