Can I get some help with some Bluetooth issues I am having after the Windows 10 upgrade?

bluetooth issues after windows 10 upgrade

After a 8.1 to 10 windows update bluetooth has issues on a pavillion x2 No bluetooth icon. Same old windows.. device manager says device fine. Update driver icon for bluetooth device dimmed could not select. Uninstalled device. Still no workie. Digging into device manager for the Mediatec bluetooth adapter I found ERR 441 kernel PnP. Anyone else?

I have just upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1 but ever since I upgraded I can not transfer files via Bluetooth, the laptop see my Galaxy S6 but when I go to transfer a file it says sending failed. Can anyone help me with this please.
