Windows Account Log-in password still required after wake even though I turned off this setting.

I'm running Windows 10 on a Surface 3 and I would like to stop having to log-in after waking the tablet. I already ran netplwiz, unchecked "Users must enter a user name and password...", and applied the settings. I also went to power options and verified that a password required upon wake is turned off for both battery and plugged in settings. Both are currently marked as "No." What else do I need to change to fix this?
