Why doesn't my printer work since I upgraded to Windows 10?

The printer drivers may be installed okay, but how is the printer connected? If it is connected by Wi-Fi, your Wi-Fi drivers may need checking. Or LAN drivers, USB drivers, etc. depending on how it is connected.

Aside from those issues, if the printer is on the network, you may need to "re-setup" the printer on your PC to be able to access the printer on the network. When I upgraded to Windows 10, I had to run through the printer setup on my PC again in order to tell my computer what IP address the printer was using on the network. That information did not carry over during the upgrade.
