Start menu and cortana not working.

After rebooting my system after installing the AMD driver 15.7.1 my start menu will only open 1/10 times when i click it. Cortana wont work at all. The Internet icon in the icon tray has a caution sign next to it and says it "No Internet", yet here i am typing this on the same PC. I uninstalled the 15.7.1 driver and reinstalled my previous, but it still doesn't work. Please if anyone has any possible fixes please let me know!

Im getting a similar start/menu cortana problem. The error message urges me to log off then log back on but it does nothing to fix it.
