How can I fix an error message when my Windows app icon is clicked?

Error Message when windows app icon is clicked

Windows icon, search bar, Edge icon which are at bottom left in task bar, when clicked pops up a message saying CRITICAL ERROR, then causes my computer to restart. How do I fix this?

Ah you probably need to do a clean install right away. You need to install Windows Media Creation Tool and download Windows 10's ISO to a USB drive and boot into it from BIOS.
