Does Windows 10 Enterprise recognizing Android phones?

Windows 10 Enterprise not recognizing android phones

New Win10 Ent install. I have two LG phones (one is G4). When plugged in via USB, they show up in Device Manager, but not as a storage device to be browsed. Setting on phone is for media sharing. The show up on Windows 8.1.

I had this issue after installed Windows 10 Enterprise, I installed "Media Feature Pack for N and KN versions of Windows 10", and now windows recognize my Samsung S3, anyway Windows Media Player is not included by default.
