Why does my 4tb Seagate Expansion go to sleep when idol on WIN10 OS?

Why does my 4tb Seagate Expansion go to sleep when idol? On WIN7 it'll just rest and the LED stays on. On WIN10 however, it just switches off altogether. Do I want that feature switched off? If yes, how do I turn it off?

You may want to check advanced power option, there is a setting to manage whether USB device to stay powered or not when PC goes to sleep.
